opportunity for the position of Admissions Executive and invite industry professionals to join us in our mission.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAnalyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.\nResponsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.\nResponsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.\nFamiliar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority (ICA) for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.\nProvide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.\nParticipate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.\nMaintain a database of student information, student feedback in order to generate student reports whenever required.\nProvide administrative support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions as and when needed.\nAny other duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum Diploma or equivalent\nPreferably 1-2 years relevant working experience in an academic institution, entry level candidates are also welcome\nPossess positive attitude\nExcellent interpersonal, social and customer service skills\nHighly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask\nFluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese language is preferred in order to communicate and handle documents in both
