Manage system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.\nProvide user support by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.\nDevelop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency with systems.\nGather user feedback and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements based on user needs.\nEscalate issues to relevant teams where necessary according to established processes.\nComplete daily operational requests and process required actions.\nWork closely with product managers in delivering enhancements/ new features\nAbility to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams consisting of dev/ qa and manage stakeholders' expectation\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.\nExperience working in the financial services or management industry.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (for communication with Taiwan and China partners).\nStrong analytical skills with a technical orientation.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nMust-haves:\nEnglish & Mandarin is a must -
