You will assist in translating business data into actionable insights, supporting daily business monitoring, operational analysis and decision-making optimization. This role is ideal for students who want to build solid experience in data analysis, BI dashboard development and business-driven data projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in daily data monitoring: regularly extract, clean and validate business data to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.\nSupport BI dashboard maintenance and iteration: update real-time business dashboards, fix data anomalies, and optimize dashboard display logic based on business feedback.\nConduct ad-hoc data analysis: respond to data demands from business, operation and marketing teams, sort out data logic, complete indicator calculation and data verification, and deliver standardized data results.\nAssist in sorting out business indicator systems, standardize statistical calibers of core indicators, and accumulate data analysis specifications and experience.\nCooperate with cross-functional teams to understand business scenarios, track business project effects, and support data-driven business optimization and strategy adjustment.\nJob Requirements\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics or related majors.\nProficient in SQL for data query and extraction;\nFamiliar with mainstream BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) is a plus;
