escalate to appropriate teams for effective resolution when necessary.\nDeliver timely updates to partners on new products, platform enhancements, promotional campaigns, and policy changes to ensure partners are well-informed and aligned.\nEquip IBs and partners with relevant marketing materials, merchandise, and rewards to support client engagement and retention efforts.\nNegotiate commission and rebate structures with IBs and partners to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term business growth.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nLiaise with internal departments such as Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve client and partner issues, including rebate discrepancies, account problems, promotional campaigns details, and platform-related concerns.\nCollaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication on product updates, promotional campaigns, and service enhancements.\nMarket Research\nConduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.\nShare relevant insights and feedback with internal stakeholders as needed to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales roles within the CFD trading industry, ideally with an established client portfolio/connections targeting the Indonesia market.\nCandidates with forex industry knowledge or experience in other forex-related roles are also welcome to apply.\nSolid understanding of the forex market, trading products, brokerage business models, CRM systems, and the client onboarding process is a strong advantage.\nNative Bahasa Indonesia proficiency (written and spoken) is required;
