Contract Administration & Governance\n-Manage and administer contracts across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions\n-Oversee contract documentation, including subcontracts, amendments, and change orders\n-Ensure adherence to contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke client contracts)\n-Provide guidance to project teams on contractual obligations, rights, and risk exposure\n2. Commercial & Claims Management\n-Lead the assessment and management of variations, claims, and disputes, particularly for MEP and specialist packages\n-Review contractor submissions including EOT (Extension of Time), cost claims, and change requests\n-Support negotiation and resolution of commercial issues with contractors and vendors\n-Maintain detailed records to support commercial positions and dispute avoidance\n3. Procurement & Package Management\n-Support procurement activities including preparation of tender documentation, contract terms, and bid evaluations\n-Provide input on contract strategy for key packages such as:\n-Mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling infrastructure)\n-Electrical systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators)\n-Specialist data centre equipment and installations\n-Ensure contracts are aligned with project delivery strategies and timelines\n4. Risk & Compliance Management\n-Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks across the project\n-Ensure all contractual processes meet internal governance and compliance standards\n-Support risk mitigation strategies through proactive contract management and issue resolution\n5.
