and withdrawals, trading platforms, products, and promotional campaigns.\nProvide customer service and operational support to retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and the Sales/Business Development team.\nTroubleshoot account and trading platform issues, investigate client concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.\nMaintain accurate customer records and interaction history in CRM systems, and prepare reports when required.\nAssist with translating and updating customer support materials, including FAQs, SOPs, user guides, and trading tutorials.\nEnsure all customer interactions comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum 1 year of customer service or customer support experience in fintech, financial services, or a related industry.\nExperience in Forex/CFD brokerage, online trading platforms, is a strong advantage.\nNative or fluent Khmer proficiency and professional written and spoken English.\nStrong customer communication, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, customer support tools, or trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is an advantage.\nGood attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple enquiries while meeting service-level targets.\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, when
