With a team of more than 2,000 professionals worldwide, Hytech maintains a strong and growing international presence, with offices in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Cyprus, Dubai, and other locations.\nJob Responsibilities:\n- Perform daily trading monitoring procedures, including system operations, data verification, and preliminary assessment of abnormal activities.\n- Maintain proper records and report findings in accordance with established procedures.\n- Assist in compiling and updating records of irregular or abnormal trading activities.\n- Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations for further action.\n- Maintain a clear understanding of the Group’s business boundaries and operational guidelines to ensure compliance in all daily activities.\n- Handle daily operational communications, coordination, and basic issue tracking across departments to ensure information accuracy and smooth workflow operations.\n- Carry out other operational tasks assigned by supervisors, paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all work.\nRequirements:\n- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently handling routine tasks and following established procedures.\n- Basic skills in report preparation, data processing, and data organization.\n- Patient and comfortable working with established procedures, regulations, and standardized processes, with a willingness to commit to a stable, long-term role.\n- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and follow up on operational issues.\n- At least 2 years of working experience.\n- Good adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations and handle urgent issues.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n- At least 2 years experience in risk control, trading monitoring, or operational support.\n- Experience in securities brokerage back-office operations or an interest in investment and trading is an advantage.
