This role ensures strong financial control, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance, while supporting seamless day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality service to yacht owners.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Management and Reporting\n- Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and yacht owners\n- Perform monthly consolidation of accounts and variance analysis\n- Prepare annual operational and project budgets\n- Monitor expenses and ensure accurate financial allocation\n- Process expense claims in accordance with company policies\n- Review and reconcile corporate credit-card expenditure\n- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation\nAccounts Payable and Payroll\n- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before payment\n- Process vendor payments accurately and within required timelines\n- Manage yacht-crew payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary processing\n- Support banking administration, including account setup and maintenance\n- Provide accounts-payable support to related entities when required\nOwner and Administrative Support\n- Respond to owner queries and provide financial updates and reports\n- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, record-keeping, and documentation\n- Support general finance and administrative matters as required\nCompliance and Systems\n- Support accounting, tax, and other applicable regulatory filings\n- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) questionnaires\n- Maintain accurate information within the yacht management system\n- Manage data relating to finance, crew payroll, and inventory modules\n- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational records\nOperational and Inventory Support\n- Oversee inventory tracking and cost-control processes\n- Provide financial oversight for vessel provisioning, maintenance, and projects\n- Work closely with operational teams on yacht-related procurement requirements\n- Support other HICO finance functions when required to meet broader team objectives\nJob Requirements\n- Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience\n- Relevant certifications (e.g., CA / CPA / ACCA) or currently on its pathway are a plus\n- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-jurisdictional structures\n- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant software\n- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality\n- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision\n- Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude\n- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills\n- Punctual and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability\n- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities\n- High attention to detail and accuracy\n- Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and financial systems\n- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills\n- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges and environments\n- Eligible to work in Singapore\nPreferred Experience\n- Background in finance or accounting, ideally within yachting, hospitality, or a luxury service environment\n- Experience using a Deepblue Yacht Management System;
