This role is hands-on technically, with added responsibility for team coordination and delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelopment\nDesign and develop robust UI, APIs, and business logic using C#.NET and ASP.NET.\nBuild responsive and intuitive user interfaces using AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.\nArchitect and maintain MS SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and data integrity.\nDevelop internal APIs and integrate with external APIs for cross-application connectivity.\nUphold code quality, system stability, and maintainability through best practices and design patterns.\nTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in live production environments with minimal disruption.\nRespond promptly to customer queries and provide reliable technical support.\nTeam Leadership\nManage the development team, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\nConduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nMentor junior developers and support their technical growth.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nRequirements\nMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack web application development.\nProven experience leading or coordinating a development team.\nStrong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#.NET, AngularJS, MS SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs and Windows Services.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience in software product development;
