Lead.\nRequirements:\nHigher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 1 to 3 years of IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or field support experience.\nA positive, service-oriented attitude, with the ability to provide courteous and timely support to stakeholders.\nProfessional proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and handle work-related
