Application & System Support (Primary Focus)\nAct as the main point of contact for all in-house application issues and user support.\nTroubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system/application issues; escalate when required.\nMonitor system performance and ensure applications run smoothly and reliably.\nManage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on SLAs\nSupport application deployments, patches, and upgrades.\n2. Requirements & Testing\nWork with users to gather and document business and system requirements.\nTranslate requirements into clear specifications for developers.\nPerform testing (UAT, functional, integration) to ensure system quality.\nLog and track bugs, ensuring proper resolution before deployment.\n3. IT Infrastructure & User Support\nProvide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network issues).\nSet up and maintain IT equipment, systems, and user accounts.\nSupport onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access).\nMaintain IT asset inventory and documentation.\n4.
