Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for IT infrastructure, systems and end users across corporate offices, regional operations and vessel environments.\nTroubleshoot, maintain and optimise IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking equipment, workstations and communication systems.\nDeliver efficient onsite and remote technical support, managing escalated incidents and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\nMonitor system performance, conduct maintenance and upgrades, and support cybersecurity, backup and IT infrastructure improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with regional IT teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and improve service delivery.\nManage IT service desk incidents, ensure timely resolution of technical escalations and maintain service quality in accordance with established SLAs.\nParticipate in rotational 24/7 standby support to address critical IT incidents and ensure business continuity.\nKey Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure or technical support experience, preferably supporting a large user base within an MNC or enterprise environment.\nStrong hands-on experience in Level 2/3 IT troubleshooting, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and infrastructure support.\nGood technical knowledge of IT hardware, servers, network connectivity, system maintenance and cybersecurity fundamentals.\nExperience in remote IT support, enterprise infrastructure or IT service desk operations, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud technologies, firewalls, backup solutions or IT service management platforms will be advantageous.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international working environment.\nExperience in maritime IT,
