The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to project teams and stakeholders while driving project excellence from inception to completion.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop project strategies and implementation plans.\nOversee project delivery, budget control, quality, safety, and scheduling.\nDrive value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.\nManage project risks, contractual matters, and stakeholder relationships.\nLead and mentor Construction Managers and project teams.\nLiaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and project standards.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.\nMinimum 10 years of construction project management experience.\nProven track record managing large-scale building, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.\nBEM registration preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n2. Construction Manager\nLocation: Johor Bahru, Malaysia\nProject: Data Center Construction Project\nReports To: Project Manager\nAbout the Role:\nThe Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of site activities, ensuring all construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to project specifications. The role is critical in coordinating multidisciplinary teams involved in data center construction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage overall construction planning and execution.\nLead coordination of structural, architectural, civil, and M&E works.\nMonitor project progress against the master programme.\nOversee subcontractor performance and site productivity.\nEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.\nResolve technical and construction-related issues.\nCoordinate closely with project stakeholders and consultants.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.\nMinimum 7 years of construction management experience.\nExperience in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects is highly advantageous.\nBEM registration preferred.\nStrong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n3. Quality Manager (M&E)\nLocation: Johor Bahru, Malaysia\nProject: Data Center Construction Project\nReports To: Senior Quality Manager (M&E) / Head of Department\nAbout the Role:\nThe Quality Manager (M&E) will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance, quality control, testing, and commissioning activities across all M&E systems.
