Infrastructure\n- Deploy ML models into production environments using cloud platforms and containerization technologies.\n- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and inference.\n- Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.\n- Ensure model reliability, scalability, and performance in production systems.\n- Optimize models for deployment across different environments (cloud, edge).\nEdge Deployment\n- Deploy and optimize ML models for edge devices.\n- Implement model compression techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation).\n- Work with edge computing frameworks and optimize for resource-constrained environments.\n- Ensure low-latency inference and efficient resource utilization.\nData Engineering & Analysis\n- Work with large-scale datasets to extract, transform, and prepare data for ML applications.\n- Design efficient data pipelines.\n- Ensure data quality and implement data validation processes.\nCollaboration & Communication\n- Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to define requirements.\n- Communicate technical findings and model performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality.\n- Document models, processes, and best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.\n- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.\n- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.\nCore Technical Skills\n- Proficiency in Python, with experience in ML libraries and frameworks.\n- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.\n- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and their ML services.\n- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.\n- Familiarity with ML workflow tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).\n- Experience with SQL and database technologies.\n- Understanding of software engineering principles and version control (Git).\n- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nEdge & Mobile Deployment Skills\n- Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation).\n- Knowledge of edge computing frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, TensorRT).\n- Understanding of hardware acceleration (GPU, NPU, ARM processors).\n- Experience with embedded systems and IoT device constraints.\n- Knowledge of model serving on resource-constrained environments.\nSoft Skills\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.\n- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.\nAI Engineering Skills (Good-to-Have)\n- Experience with large language models APIs and AI agent frameworks.\n- Understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and in-context learning.\n- Familiarity with RAG architectures and semantic search systems.\n- Experience building AI agents.\n- Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI
