Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.\n- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in plumbing and sanitary projects.\n- Must have hands-on experience with HDB and/or condominium projects in Singapore.\n- Strong understanding of plumbing and sanitary installation, drawings, and site coordination.\n- Able to read and interpret M&E and plumbing drawings independently.\n- Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.\n- Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and relevant requirements.\n- Able to work independently, manage site matters, and meet project
