maintenance activities across assigned plant areas.\nAnalyse equipment performance data and maintenance history to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend practical solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.\nLead or participate in hazard studies, process hazard reviews, risk assessments and incident investigations.\nIdentify and implement improvements to equipment design, functionality and overall plant performance.\nMaintain accurate equipment records, technical datasheets, engineering documentation and maintenance history within the SAP system.\nManage assigned engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety requirements and quality standards.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, engineering contractors, suppliers, consultants and regulatory bodies.\nRequirements\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience with exposure in rotating equipment maintenances\nRelevant exposure to equipment maintenance within a plant-based environment, preferably from the chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, manufacturing or related industries.\nComfortable working in an operational manufacturing plant environment, including predominantly outdoor areas.\nGood understanding of plant equipment, utilities systems and maintenance activities.\nPractical knowledge of mechanical equipment reliability, troubleshooting and maintenance practices.\nFamiliarity with SAP maintenance systems or maintenance log modules.\nKnowledge and practical application of Root Cause Analysis methodologies.\nAble to manage engineering projects and coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to work with incomplete or evolving information.\nProactive
