matters, including client account setup, system access, rebate claims, and commission clarifications; escalate inquiries to the Backend Operations Team for further investigation when needed.\nAssist in maintaining and updating the client database/internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.\nKnowledge Management & Process Improvement\nAssist in maintaining and updating sales SOPs, toolkits, and client onboarding documents to reflect the latest processes and standards.\nAssist in preparing performance reports related to sales support operations for management review, when necessary.\nResearch and suggest ideas to improve team efficiency, when required.\nCross-Department Coordination\nCoordinate with the Marketing team to support campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistent execution and accurate client communication.\nAssist other teams by relaying system/account-related requests to the Backend Operations Team for timely resolution.\nJob Requirements:\nFresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, or a related field are welcome to apply.\nAt least 1 year of experience in backend operations or customer service role, particularly within the fintech industry, would be an added advantage.\nExcellent proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced, cross-border working environment\nBasic knowledge of forex trading is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Jira, Lark and other relevant ticketing or workflow management systems is preferable.\nStrong willingness to learn, with good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail, accuracy, and accountability when handling client or transactional data.\nWillingness to work on flexible shifts, including afternoon shifts (up to 10PM, GMT+8), midnight shifts (up to 12AM, GMT+8), and weekend shifts as
