point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.\n- Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities.\n- Product Evangelism:\n- Communicate the \"why\" behind the product vision to internal teams and external customers.\n- Build excitement and drive adoption of products.\n- User Growth & Feature Ownership:\n- Support Monthly Active Users (MAU) and user retention as core product goals.\n- Define, build, and optimize product features, growth loops, and onboarding flows.\n- Collaborate closely with advertising, marketing, and sales teams to achieve conversion targets.\n- Data-Driven Problem Identification:\n- Perform deep-dive analyses of the user journey, funnel drop-offs, and behavioral data.\n- Uncover friction points and identify growth bottlenecks.\nQualifications & Critical Skills\n- Strong Product Sense & Data Sensitivity:\n- Proven ability to analyze user behavioral funnels.\n- Turn complex data insights into product hypotheses and propose intuitive, user-centric solutions.\n- Structured Logical Thinking & Execution:\n- Excellent capability in breaking down ambiguous business problems into clear user stories.\n- Manage cross-functional alignment and drive delivery across engineering and UI/UX squads.\n- Extreme Ownership & High Agency:\n- Proactive \"push\" influence style with a high sense of responsibility.\n- Capable of driving initiatives independently across departments in a fast-paced environment.\n- AI-Augmented Productivity:\n- Ability and mindset to leverage advanced AI tools and frameworks.\n- Accelerate product discovery, optimize PRD documentation, and continuously scale operational efficiency.\n- Multilingual Stakeholder Management:\n- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).\n- Seamlessly align on technical requirements and business roadmaps with engineering and business stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan.\n- Preferred Background:\n- 3+ years of experience in Fintech Product Management or product data analysis.\n- Experience working within multi-brand/jurisdictional setups or complex financial transaction funnels is a significant
