discrepancies.\n- Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.\n- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management review.\n- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.\n- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.\nJob Requirements:\n- Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.\n- Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in the construction or M&E industry.\n- Experience purchasing M&E materials is preferred.\n- Good knowledge of M&E products, suppliers, and the local construction market.\n- Strong negotiation and communication skills.\n- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).\n- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n- Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving
