This role is hands-on technically, with added responsibility for team coordination and delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelopment:\n- Design and develop robust UI, APIs, and business logic using C#.NET and ASP.NET.\n- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.\n- Architect and maintain MS SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and data integrity.\n- Develop internal APIs and integrate with external APIs for cross-application connectivity.\n- Uphold code quality, system stability, and maintainability through best practices and design patterns.\n- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in live production environments with minimal disruption.\n- Respond promptly to customer queries and provide reliable technical support.\nTeam Leadership:\n- Manage the development team, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\n- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\n- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nRequirements:\n- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack web application development.\n- Proven experience leading or coordinating a development team.\n- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#.NET, AngularJS, MS SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.\n- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Windows Services.\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n- Experience in software product development;
