Delivery\nDesign end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements\nLead requirements gathering and translate requirements into functional and technical designs\nDefine integration solutions across Salesforce and external systems\nRecommend OOTB vs customized solutions based on Salesforce best practices\nPrepare functional and technical specifications and solution documentation\nProvide functional and technical guidance to developers and delivery teams\nSupport configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution\nPresales Support\nSupport discovery and solutioning activities for Salesforce opportunities\nContribute to solution approaches, effort estimation, and proposal development\nProvide technical and functional inputs for proposals and client presentations\nRequirements:\nMinimum Degree in any discipline.\nMinimum 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.\nProven ability to independently deliver functional and technical Salesforce workstreams\nStrong technical understanding of: Apex, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, middleware, and system integrations, Data architecture and integration patterns, Salesforce configuration, customization, and extension approaches.\nStrong experience across at least 2 of the following key Salesforce areas: Service Cloud including Agentforce, Sales Cloud including Agentforce, Marketing Cloud & Data 360, or any industry clouds\nHands-on experience in solution design and system integration\nAbility to lead requirements discussions and work directly with business and technical stakeholders\nExperience preparing functional specifications, technical specifications, and solution designs\nStrong consulting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills\nPrior consulting or client-facing experience is highly
