fast-moving team of engineers, researchers, and builders redefining what’s possible in robotics and Physical AI.\n- As one of the earliest design hires, you will have foundational influence over products, interaction paradigms, design systems, and user experience philosophy.\n- This is not a traditional SaaS design role; you will design experiences that bridge the digital and physical worlds, including mobile apps, web platforms, robotics interfaces, operational tooling, and entirely new interaction models.\n- Work directly with founders, robotics engineers, AI researchers, and hardware Pioneer new interaction models for human-robot communication beyond traditional UI paradigms.\n- Design end-to-end experiences across mobile, web, robotics interfaces, and physical controls.\n- Create intuitive workflows that make advanced robotics accessible to developers, operators, and enterprises.\n- Lead user research to understand how people naturally interact with robots and Physical AI for the emerging Physical AI industry.\n- Work directly with founders on product strategy, vision, and future platform direction.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nCore Requirements:\n- 5+ years of professional product design or UI/UX experience.\n- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product development and shipped experiences.\n- Proven experience taking products from 0 → 1 in fast-moving environments.\n- Deep proficiency in modern AI-native design workflows and tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI prototyping/generation/design tools, etc.).\n- Active daily use of AI tools as part of your design workflow.\n- Enthusiasm for integrating AI into ideation, research, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and iteration cycles.\n- Comfortable rapidly exploring concepts using AI-assisted tooling rather than relying solely on traditional manual workflows.\n- Strong systems-thinking mindset-designing cohesive experiences across multiple surfaces, devices, and interaction models.\n- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, Framer, or similar).\n- Strong experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.\n- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and minimal oversight.\n- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\nBonus Points:\n- Experience designing for robotics, AI, AR/VR, IoT, or other emerging technologies.\n- Background in industrial design or physical product design.\n- Understanding of robotics or hardware development constraints.\n- Motion design, animation, or spatial interaction experience.\n- Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).\n- Experience with 3D applications or spatial interfaces.\n- Interest in the future of AI and human-computer interaction.\nYour Portfolio Should Demonstrate:\n- Clear case studies showing problem definition, process, and measurable outcomes.\n- Cross-platform work across web, mobile, and/or physical interfaces.\n- Complex workflows simplified through elegant interaction design.\n- Strong visual craftsmanship and attention to detail.\n- Design systems or component libraries you’ve
