Global Architecture & Disaster Recovery\nParticipate in the design and implementation of global infrastructure architecture\nOwn cross-region architecture, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA) capabilities\nEnable critical systems to support:\nMulti-region deployment\nDisaster recovery failover\nFault isolation\nImprove overall stability and resilience of international business systems\n2. Overseas Infrastructure Platform Deployment & Operations\nBuild, deploy, operate, and continuously optimise core infrastructure platforms in overseas regions, including:\nRelease / deployment systems\nMonitoring & alerting systems\nConfiguration management systems\nService governance frameworks\nTraffic scheduling systems\nEnsure consistency, reliability, and parity between overseas and domestic infrastructure environments\n3. Reliability Engineering & Incident Response\nDesign and implement a comprehensive reliability engineering framework for international systems, including:\nObservability systems (metrics, logs, tracing)\nIncident response mechanisms\nRoot cause analysis and postmortem processes\nLead cross-functional coordination during major incidents\nDrive rapid service recovery and long-term systemic improvements\n4. Internationalisation Infrastructure Enablement\nDeeply understand overseas business requirements and architectural constraints\nDrive the implementation of infrastructure capabilities in global environments, including:\nMulti-region architecture design\nNetwork architecture optimisation\nData architecture optimisation\nAdaptation of core infrastructure services for global deployment\n5. Cross-Team Collaboration & System Alignment\nCollaborate closely with:\nDomestic infrastructure teams\nProduct engineering teams\nPlatform teams\nEnsure overseas systems align with internal architecture standards and best practices\nEstablish and promote reliability best practices across the organisation\nRequirements\n1. SRE & Reliability Engineering Experience\nStrong experience in large-scale internet system reliability engineering\nProven expertise in:\nHigh availability architecture design\nFault tolerance and incident management\nCapacity planning and scaling\nEmergency response handling\nBackground in SRE / Platform Engineering / Infrastructure teams preferred\n2. Global / Multi-Region Architecture Experience\nHands-on experience designing and operating cross-region systems, including:\nMulti-region deployment strategies\nTraffic routing and scheduling\nData replication and synchronisation\nDisaster recovery and failover mechanisms\nExperience supporting global or international infrastructure is highly preferred\n3. Core Infrastructure & Systems Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nLinux systems\nNetworking fundamentals\nCommon middleware systems such as:\nMySQL\nRedis\nKafka\nFamiliarity with:\nCloud-native infrastructure (e.g. Kubernetes, Service Mesh)\nObservability systems (monitoring, logging, distributed tracing)\n4. Engineering & Automation Capability\nProficient in at least one programming language:\nPython / Go / Java\nExperience building:\nAutomation tools\nReliability platforms\nInfrastructure systems\n5. Problem Solving & Collaboration\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems\nAbility to quickly identify and resolve issues under high-pressure environments\nStrong communication skills and team collaboration mindset\n6.
