You are expected to own the technical delivery outcome, not just coordinate-covering solution design, integration architecture, implementation strategy, and production readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead full lifecycle delivery: solution design through implementation, integration, UAT, go-live, and stabilization\nAct as the technical authority for customer projects, ensuring scalable and production-ready solutions\nDrive on-time, on-quality delivery under complex, multi-stakeholder environments (client IT, vendors, partners)\nTranslate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions\nDesign architectures across risk decision engines and rule systems, data integration (batch/real-time APIs, streaming), distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, ES, etc.), and on-premise / private cloud / hybrid deployments\nDefine high availability, performance, and security architecture aligned with banking standards\nLead integration with client systems: core banking, LOS, payment systems, data platforms\nDefine data models, API contracts, and system interaction patterns\nGuide teams on customization vs. standard product usage, ensuring maintainability and scalability\nAct as primary technical interface to client architects, CIO teams, and delivery partners\nDrive technical workshops, architecture reviews, and design approvals\nManage expectations and resolve complex technical escalations\nEstablish delivery plans, milestones, and technical checkpoints\nIdentify and mitigate risks in performance, scalability, and integration complexity\nEnsure production readiness, including deployment, rollback, monitoring, and support handover\nSupport stabilization phase and critical issue resolution\nDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and system optimization\nContribute to delivery best practices, reusable architectures, and standardization\nRequirements:\n8-15+ years in enterprise software delivery / system integration\nProven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, credit, payments, or core systems)\nDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently\nStrong architecture experience in distributed systems and microservices\nExperience with API design (REST/gRPC) and data processing (real-time & batch)\nSolid understanding of system integration patterns and high availability & scalability design\nStrong client-facing communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders\nFluent in
