These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.\nKey responsibilities\n\nProject management (core -70%)\n\nOwn end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure: scope, plan, milestones, budget and benefits. \n\nBuild and maintain the project plan, RAID log, dependency map and change control. \n\nRun governance: weekly status (RAG), steering committee packs and decision logs for UWL leadership. \n\nManage stakeholders across academic, professional services, IT and third-party suppliers. \n\nTrack scope, time and cost; raise variances early with options and trade-offs. \n\nLead delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods, matched to the project. \n\nCoordinate UAT, cut over, go-live readiness and hyper care. \n\nManage handover to business-as-usual support and capture lessons learned. \n\nBusiness analysis (high level - 30%)\n\nRun discovery workshops to understand current processes, pain points and goals. \n\nMap current-state and future-state processes. \n\nCapture and prioritize high-level requirements and user stories. \n\nMaintain traceability from requirements to solution, test and sign-off. \n\nSupport gap and impact analysis, including change impact on staff and students. \n\nTranslate business needs for technical teams and solution architects; detailed analysis is supported by specialists where needed.\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential\n\n8+ years in IT or business change delivery, including 5+ years as a Project Manager. \n\nProven delivery of CRM, SaaS, ERP or cloud implementations end to end. \n\nHands-on experience running workshops, mapping processes and writing requirements. \n\nStrong control of plans, budgets, RAID logs and status reporting. \n\nConfident communicator with senior stakeholders;
