Competitive base salary plus meaningful founding-team equity.\n\nAbout the Role\nFulcrum is building the operating system for modern insurance brokerages, and we’re hiring a Product Lead to help define the product vision that will transform how brokerages operate every day. As an early product leader, you’ll work alongside the founders and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, deepen customer understanding, and drive execution from discovery through delivery. You’ll set product direction in partnership with engineering and design, turn real customer insights into solutions that matter, and build the processes that will scale Fulcrum’s product organization as we grow.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn product discovery and definition from customer problem to shipped solution.\n\nSpend significant time with insurance brokerages and account managers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.\n\nTranslate customer needs and AI capabilities into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, high-impact features quickly.\n\nDefine and track product success through usage, outcomes, and customer feedback.\n\nEstablish early product processes, documentation standards, and operating rhythms as the product function scales.\n\nAct as the connective tissue between customers, GTM, and Engineering.\n\nWho You Are\n5+ years building products, ideally in early-stage B2B or vertical SaaS companies.\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.\n\nExceptional at customer discovery and translating qualitative insight into product direction.\n\nTechnical enough to partner deeply with engineers and understand AI-driven capabilities.\n\nHighly ownership-oriented - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables.\n\nClear communicator who can align teams around priorities and trade-offs.\n\nEx-Founder is a plus\n\nOur Team and Philosophy\nBuilders at heart.
