This role plays a critical part in ensuring engineering, production, inventory, and manufacturing teams have accurate information and documentation to support daily operations.\nThe ideal candidate enjoys working with data, maintaining organized records, solving discrepancies, and ensuring information is accurate and accessible across multiple departments.\nThis position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role. Duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be adjusted as business needs evolve.\nWhat You'll Do\nData Entry & Record Maintenance\nEnter and maintain released drawings, layouts, bills of material (BOMs), and manufacturing documentation within the ERP system.\nMaintain accurate item, revision, and job-related records.\nUpdate, revise, and correct information as directed.\nVerify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.\nResearch and resolve routine data discrepancies.\nERP Data Management\nCreate and maintain records within the M1 ERP system.\nEnter job-related information and supporting documentation.\nMaintain part numbers, revisions, and manufacturing records.\nSupport ERP data cleanup and record-maintenance initiatives.\nHelp improve data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.\nDrawing & Document Control\nReview released engineering documentation for completeness.\nOrganize and maintain electronic and hard-copy records.\nPrint, assemble, and distribute manufacturing paperwork.\nEnsure current document revisions are available to production teams.\nSupport document updates, revisions, and reprints as required.\nProduction Support Administration\nProcess manufacturing paperwork requests from internal departments.\nMaintain organized filing systems and document storage structures.\nSupport tracking and communication of document status.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Production, Inventory, and Manufacturing when documentation is incomplete or requires correction.\nEnsure documentation is distributed to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve document organization and data accuracy.\nSupport standardization of document-control and data-entry practices.\nParticipate in special projects related to ERP maintenance and documentation control.\nFollow established workflows and procedures to maintain information integrity.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1-2 years of administrative, data-entry, ERP, inventory, purchasing support, or manufacturing office experience.\nStrong computer and keyboarding skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCommitment to accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using ERP or MRP software systems.\nManufacturing or industrial business experience.\nExperience working with technical documentation or engineering drawings.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.\nExperience supporting document-control processes.\nExperience with M1 ERP or similar manufacturing systems.\nWork Environment\nOffice-based role located within a manufacturing environment.\nFrequent interaction with Engineering, Production, Inventory, and Manufacturing teams.\nFast-paced work environment requiring strong organization and attention to detail.\nOccasional visits to the production floor may be required.\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when entering manufacturing areas.\nWhy Fulcrum?\nAt Fulcrum Technologies, you'll play an important role in supporting the processes and systems that keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently.
