Duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be adjusted as business needs evolve.\nWhat You'll Do\nProgram & Project Management\nLead multiple overlapping customer programs through planning, execution, delivery, and project closeout.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.\nManage project scope, requirements, timelines, and customer expectations.\nCoordinate action items and ensure accountability across functional teams.\nDrive projects to successful completion while balancing schedule, quality, and customer requirements.\nCustomer Relationship Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs.\nBuild and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.\nProvide regular updates regarding project status, milestones, deliverables, risks, and recovery plans.\nManage customer communications throughout the project lifecycle.\nEscalate issues appropriately and facilitate timely resolution.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate project execution across Engineering, Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Installation teams.\nEnsure alignment between customer requirements and internal project execution.\nFacilitate effective communication between departments to keep projects moving forward.\nMonitor deliverables from internal stakeholders and ensure commitments are met.\nHelp remove barriers that impact project success.\nSchedule, Risk & Escalation Management\nIdentify and proactively manage project risks, constraints, and issues.\nDevelop mitigation and recovery plans when projects encounter challenges.\nDrive issue resolution to protect customer commitments and delivery schedules.\nCommunicate risks and recovery strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure priorities remain aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.\nDeliverables & Documentation\nOwn and track all customer and internal project deliverables.\nMaintain project schedules, requirements documentation, and action-item logs.\nDocument project decisions, changes, commitments, and open issues.\nEnsure project records remain accurate, organized, and current.\nSupport post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution, communication, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.\nSupport implementation of best practices for program management and project tracking.\nContribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and project visibility.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar project leadership role.\nExperience managing internal and external stakeholders.\nExperience coordinating projects involving engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation activities.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.\nSelf-directed and capable of taking ownership of complex assignments.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to hold multiple stakeholders accountable for project deliverables and deadlines.\nWillingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of Fulcrum's products and manufacturing processes.\nTechnical & Software Qualifications\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience using project scheduling, project management, and task-tracking software.\nAbility to understand manufacturing drawings, specifications, and requirements documentation.\nExperience creating and maintaining project schedules and status reports.\nPreferred Qualifications\nManufacturing, industrial equipment, semiconductor, automation, or engineered-to-order product experience.\nExperience managing customer-facing programs in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and production planning processes.\nPMP, PgMP, or comparable project management certification.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.\nEquivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.\nWork Environment\nProfessional office environment with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor.\nFrequent collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Leadership teams.\nFast-paced environment requiring management of multiple priorities and customer commitments.\nOccasional travel to customer locations, vendor sites, or installation locations may be required.\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
