Work towards enhancing these metrics by aligning your efforts with the team’s objectives.\n\nRequirements\nMust have\n1-4 years of experience in client handling roles; preferably US/CA/UK clients via phone calls.\n\nPassionate about client service with good soft skills and proper telephone etiquette.\n\nClear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.\n\nGrowth mindset and excitement to learn new things.\n\nCreative, enthusiastic, and energetic with great interpersonal skills. Should be able to present ideas with clear logic and conviction.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment with spontaneity.\n\nShould be able to approach problems logically and rationally to facilitate clear decision-making.\n\nThe ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.\n\nCandidates must be willing to work from the office for a week, twice a year, based on team requirements.\n\nThe role follows a 5 day work week with rotational week-offs and in the night shift starting at 9.30 PM.\n\nEmployees will have scheduled breaks to maintain productivity and well-being throughout the workday\n\nWorkspace requirements\nPrivate workroom with the ambience to handle calls.\n\nReady for video calls at all times.
