This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company.\nPosition Overview:The Salesforce Developer owns Fullbay’s Salesforce platform end to end, from day-to-day administration and configuration through custom Apex and Lightning Web Component development. This role determines when a requirement calls for declarative configuration and when it calls for code, then builds the solution directly. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders across Sales Cloud, Einstein AI, and the Nue CPQ platform and its integrations with QuickBooks and Stripe, the Salesforce Developer is accountable for both the daily health of the platform and its long-term technical architecture.\nRight Wrench for the Job:The right wrench for this job enjoys the full spectrum of Salesforce work, from resolving a user’s support request in the morning to delivering a custom Apex integration in the afternoon. This individual takes ownership of both the daily health of the platform and its long-term architecture, builds solutions that scale, and partners with Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand the business need before building.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nPlatform Ownership & Administration\nOwn the day-to-day administration, configuration, and health of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Einstein AI, and Nue CPQ\n\nDebug and resolve production issues in a timely manner across both configuration and code\n\nManage sandbox environments and CI/CD / change-set deployment processes\n\nDevelopment & Engineering\nDesign and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs\n\nBuild and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI experiences\n\nDevelop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (QuickBooks, Stripe, Nue CPQ)\n\nWrite clean, well-documented, testable code with a minimum of 85% code coverage\n\nDetermine whether a given requirement is best solved with declarative tools (Flow, validation rules) or custom code, and build accordingly\n\nProject Delivery & Architecture\nGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions\n\nBuild and deploy Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts\n\nEnsure solutions are scalable, governor-limit compliant, and built for long-term maintainability\n\nDocument configurations, technical designs, data models, and integration specifications for ongoing maintainability\n\nParticipate in sprint planning and project intake prioritization with RevOps leadership\n\nConsulting & Strategy\nProactively identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and data models\n\nPartner with Revenue Operations to align Salesforce capabilities to business goals\n\nStay current on Salesforce releases, Einstein AI features, developer tools, and platform updates; evaluate and implement relevant new functionality\n\nGeneral\nAdheres to all confidentiality, compliance, and company standards\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Education & Work Experience:\n7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration / development experience, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data model design\n\n1 year of AI experience and switching processes over to using AI\n\nStrong proficiency with Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows)\n\nExperience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and an understanding of the Lightning component framework\n\nExperience with Sales Cloud, including opportunity management, lead routing, and forecasting\n\nExperience building and maintaining REST or SOAP API integrations\n\nDeep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous processing patterns\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects end to end, from requirements through deployment\n\nAt least 2 active Salesforce certifications spanning both the administrator and developer tracks, with preference for:\nSalesforce Certified Administrator\n\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I\n\nSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator\n\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II\n\nSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant\n\nSalesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer\n\nAgentforce Specialist\n\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with CPQ tools (Nue, Salesforce CPQ, or similar) and order-to-cash / quote-to-cash workflows\n\nFamiliarity with QuickBooks and/or Stripe integrations and APIs\n\nExperience with Einstein AI features, including Einstein Copilot, Lead Scoring, or Opportunity Insights\n\nKnowledge of Agentforce or generative AI tooling within the Salesforce ecosystem\n\nExperience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), scratch orgs, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset)\n\nExposure to platform events, Change Data Capture (CDC), or the Salesforce streaming API\n\nExperience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business model\n\nKey Skills and Qualifications:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders\n\nSound judgment in choosing between declarative configuration and custom code, and the ability to build either\n\nStrong requirements-gathering and project management skills, from intake through deployment\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including diagnosing production issues across configuration and code\n\nCommitment to clean, documented, testable, and maintainable work\n\nConsultative mindset, with the initiative to recommend improvements to existing processes and data models\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
