best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Infrastructure & OperationsDesign, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud platforms.\nLead cloud migration projects from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.\nManage cloud networking components including Virtual Networks (VNets), VPN Gateways, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and connectivity solutions.\nMonitor and optimise cloud resource utilisation, performance, availability, and cost efficiency.\nEnsure business continuity, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions are in place.\nCybersecurity & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and governance policies.\nConduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.\nManage endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements, including PDPA and relevant healthcare security standards.\nLead investigations and response activities for cybersecurity incidents and security breaches.\nMicrosoft 365 AdministrationAdminister Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).\nManage user access controls, identity governance, conditional access policies, and authentication mechanisms.\nProvide technical leadership for M365 security, compliance, and collaboration solutions.\nInfrastructure & Technology ManagementManage hybrid infrastructure environments integrating on-premise and cloud technologies.\nSupport virtualisation technologies such as VMware.\nCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable technology solutions.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.\nProject Management & LeadershipLead cloud transformation and cybersecurity projects across multiple business units and geographical locations.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and IT support teams.\nManage vendors, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective project delivery.\nRequirements\nEducationDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperienceMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.\nProven experience managing Azure cloud environments and Microsoft 365 platforms.\nExperience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud architecture, and infrastructure modernisation projects.\nExperience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance
