In this role you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the development of groundbreaking, AI-driven products and work on interesting projects inside a smart, fun, and dynamic engineering team.\nThis position is based out of our Jerusalem offices in Talpiyot and reports to a Dev Team Lead.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nBuild and ship features end to end, across backend services and frontend apps\nWrite clean, maintainable, high-performance code that meets our coding standards and business goals\nDesign and build APIs and third-party integrations\nOwn the reliability of lead delivery and CRM integrations: find root causes, fix them, and prevent repeats\nWork closely with Product, QA, Support and Performance to turn requirements into technical specs and working software\nProfile, monitor and refactor to improve performance in production\nWrite automated tests and help deploy and test new features\nTake part in code reviews and give useful feedback to your peers\nRequirements\nUniversity degree (B.Sc) in Computer Science or related field, ideally top grades\n3-5 years of Fullstack Software development experience in a SaaS environment\nHands-on experience with web development, including building and maintaining web applications\nExperience with a modern frontend framework (React or Angular)\nDeep familiarity with and daily hands-on use of AI and emerging technologies\nStrong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar\nKnowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools\nExperience designing and working with microservices architecture\nAble to work from our Jerusalem office at least 3 days a week\nPersonal competencies required:\nExcellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English\nTeam player with collaborative mindset\nCapability to see the big picture, break down projects into milestones, and prioritize tasks\nFluent in Hebrew and English communication\nStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive\nProactive mindset to generate ideas, propose solutions, and execute with a \"getting things done\" attitude\nIndependent working style under tight deadlines\nWhy you should join us\nAn awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters\nIntegrate with tech titans: Work directly with APIs from Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and more.\nBe part of a rapidly scaling company poised for the future.\nLearning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced SaaS startup environment\nClear career advancement path for strong performers\nAs a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company's growth.
