We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Activation team and further scale out the Audience Activation product.\nIf you are a creative, solutions-oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you!\nThis role is based in Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem and reports to the lead PM of Audience Activation.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nExecute the roadmap for Audience Activation, balancing platform depth, delivery quality, and customer enablement with the pace of a live, rapidly-growing, revenue-generating product.\nTranslate technical and architectural tradeoffs into product requirements and business impact, connecting platform decisions to customer adoption and revenue outcomes.\nOwn both sides of the product lifecycle: the inbound work of discovery, specification, and technical decision-making, and the outbound work of launch, customer enablement, and ongoing adoption with CSMs.\nEngage directly and regularly with customers, CSMs, and internal stakeholders, turning real-world campaign challenges and customer needs into product decisions.\nPartner closely with R&D leads and engineering to shape and execute the roadmap.\nRequirements\nBSc in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background\n3+ years of product management experience working on live, scaled B2B SaaS products\nA proven track record owning complex, technical messaging or campaign platforms (email/SMS delivery, audience orchestration, AI-powered personalization, or customer engagement products)\nStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and impact measurement\nExperience working with US customers and the US market\nFluent English (spoken and written)\nThe ability to simplify highly technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders\nThe top candidate will also have\nA background in marketing technology or adjacent domains\nGenuine curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly applied AI and how it can enhance product experiences\nComfort operating with startup speed and urgency while maintaining the rigor a customer-facing platform demands\nExperience collaborating with distributed or cross-functional engineering teams\nThe ability to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for customers, CSMs, and stakeholders\nWhy you should join us\nAn awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters.\nA front-row seat to the strategic decisions shaping the company at a pivotal moment.\nDirect partnership with the C Level leadership team - exposure, ownership, and visibility from day one.\nLearning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced tech startup environment.
