In this role you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the development of groundbreaking, AI-driven products and work on interesting projects inside a smart, fun, and dynamic engineering team.\nThis position is based out of our Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv offices and reports to the Dev Team Lead.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nWrite clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.\nEnsure that the projects you work on meet business objectives and coding standards.\nSupport the deployment and testing of new products and features.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.\nDesign and implement APIs and integrations with third-party services to enhance system functionality.\nOptimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and refactoring as necessary.\nImplement automated testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and reliability.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster continuous improvement.\nStay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.\nAssist in the establishment and enforcement of development standards and coding conventions.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree (B.Sc) in Computer Science or related field\n7+ years of Backend Software development experience\nHands-on experience with web development, including building and maintaining web applications\nDeep familiarity with and daily hands-on use of AI and emerging technologies\nStrong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar\nKnowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools\nExperience designing and working with microservices architecture\nPersonal competencies required:\nExcellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English\nTeam player with collaborative mindset\nCapability to see the big picture, break down projects into milestones, and prioritize tasks\nFluent in Hebrew and English communication\nStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive\nProactive mindset to generate ideas, propose solutions, and execute with a \"getting things done\" attitude\nIndependent working style under tight deadlines\nWhy you should join us\nAn awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters\nIntegrate with tech titans: Work directly with APIs from Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and more.\nBe part of a rapidly scaling company poised for the future.\nLearning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced SaaS startup environment\nClear career advancement path for strong performers\nAs a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company's growth.
