Provide world-class operational support to ensure customer and internal business needs are met or exceeded consistently. Motivates the team to get the job done with teamwork and cooperation while developing staff and operational effectiveness.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport and promote Fullscript's Core Values: Grit, Authenticity and Community.\n\nDevelop the Leadership Team\n\nEngage Supervisors for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance maintenance\nResponsible for developing and growing the departmental leadership team, positioning the operation for high-growth potential.\nAct as a Leader within the department and organization. Primary point of contact for all Warehouse Operations Supervisors.\n\nWork cohesively with organizational Leadership members to ensure all business objectives are met.\n\nMonitors and assists Supervisors with all daily warehouse operations, including inbound freight, receiving purchase orders, stocking storage locations, vendor interaction, quality control, trouble-shooting inventory issues, and picking/packing/shipping of customer orders.\n\nEnsure work areas are safe, and that employees are following proper work procedures and protocols and administering corrective action when guidelines are not followed.\n\nResponsible for creating and maintaining daily work schedules (scheduling overtime, ending work shifts early if work volume dictates, etc) to ensure business needs are met.\n\nMaintain time and attendance data within the company timekeeping system. This includes editing employee punches when necessary and tracking attendance occurrences (late arrivals, unexcused absences, etc).\n\nResponds to emergencies in a managerial and technical capacity.\n\nDriving company and department initiatives and ensuring all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.\n\nManage all facets of the Warehouse Management System to ensure data integrity and smooth, consistent operational processes.\n\nConstantly look for new and innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resources-ability to design and implement lasting positive change.\n\nFullscript Employee Ambassador: Motivate staff and encourage growth of our team members.\n\nUnderstand and lead the NSF preparation and audit needs.\n\nKnowledge of distribution center safety rules and regulations\n\nServe as a Sanitation Supervisor, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and secure at all times.\n\nLead efforts and direction for all sanitization operations for facility, including:\nOutside contractor cleaning and pest control guidelines\n\nInternal sanitization and housekeeping practices\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you bring to the table\nBachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or associated field preferred.\n\nProven Leader with at least 5 years of experience effectively leading teams of 80 or more; including hiring, documentation, termination, training, and acting as an effective change agent.\n\nExperience managing and developing salaried exempt leaders.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nThorough understanding of warehouse and distribution center procedures and concepts.\n\nAbility to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, generate and utilize reports, and manage projects.\n\nAdvanced experience with ERP & WMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.\n\nKnowledgeable and/or trained in housekeeping, sanitation, and pest control processes.\n\nProven experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing warehouse automation technologies-such as conveyor systems, sortation, pick-to-light, robotics, or automated storage solutions-to improve safety, accuracy, productivity, and scalability.\n\nWhat we can offer you\nSalary range: $100,000 to $125,000 USD\nOn-site work in Ashland, VA for this role.\nFlexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance matters\n401k match to invest in your future\nPremium benefits package with customizable coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.\nFullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness products\nContinuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and career\nFullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions.
