This role involves teaching live online sessions, mentoring students, providing feedback, and contributing to a collaborative instructional environment.\nClasses are delivered 100% online in a synchronous format.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstruction & Student Engagement\n Deliver assigned lessons aligned with curriculum learning objectives and session plans. \n Facilitate engaging live online instruction using instructional best practices for adult learners. \n Provide subject matter expertise in Agentic AI. \n Connect course content to real-world industry applications and professional practices. \n Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving within the classroom environment. \nStudent Support & Mentorship\n Provide individualized student support during live sessions and scheduled office hours. \n Maintain regular communication with students regarding progress, expectations, and milestones. \n Respond to student and staff communications in a timely and professional manner. \n Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback on assignments and assessments. \nPerformance Monitoring\n Evaluate student progress based on course deliverables and established grading rubrics. \n Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and engagement. \n Identify and escalate academic or performance concerns to the Lead Instructor or appropriate staff. \n Support performance improvement plans when necessary. \nCollaboration & Professional Conduct\n Adhere to institutional policies and instructional team standards. \n Foster an inclusive, respectful, and professional learning environment. \n Serve as a role model and mentor for students. \n Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to improve the student learning experience. \n Represent the organization professionally when interacting with students, staff, and external stakeholders. \nRequired Qualifications\nEducation and Experience\nApplicants must meet one of the following criteria:\n Bachelor’s degree in any field AND a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Agentic AI,OR \n\n 5 years of professional experience in Agentic AI without a bachelor’s degree. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n Strong expertise in Agentic AI concepts, frameworks, and tools (e.g., autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems). \n Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to diverse learners. \n Passion for education and mentoring students entering the technology industry. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n Ability to work effectively in a remote teaching environment. \n Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. \nWork Schedule\nPart-Time instructors typically work 10-15 hours per week depending on cohort schedules.\nCurrent Agentic AI cohorts meet during evening hours:\n Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday /Saturday and Sunday\n Sessions typically run 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST /10:00 AM -2:00PM CST\nFlexibility for evening availability is required.\nCompensation\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.\nThis position is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt, and employees will be compensated for all hours worked in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
