We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.\nIn this role you'll be responsible for:\nLead the planning, coordination and delivery of bid, tender and RAMP submissions for major water, wastewater and civil infrastructure projects\nReview and interpret project, design and procurement documentation to understand scope, commercial requirements, risk allocation and client expectations.\nDevelop bid strategies, submission methodologies and delivery approaches in collaboration with estimating, engineering, operational and commercial teams\nCoordinate technical, commercial, legal and risk inputs to ensure submissions are complete, compliant and aligned with client requirements\nManage bid programs, governance requirements and internal review processes to ensure milestones and submission deadlines are achieved\nEngage with clients throughout the procurement process to clarify requirements, respond to queries and manage post-submission communications.\nHow you'll connect to the role:\nDemonstrated experience in bid, tender or proposal management within the construction, civil infrastructure, utilities or water sectors\nStrong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and compliant submissions\nExperience coordinating input from operational, estimating, engineering and commercial teams to meet tender deadlines\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tenders and priorities at the same time\nA sound understanding of tendering processes, procurement models and construction project delivery\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to review documentation for accuracy and compliance\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business\nAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
