Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.\nWhat you’ll do?\nAs a Commercial Manager and valuable individual contributor for our Infrastructure Services business in Victoria and Tasmania, you’ll help shape how we deliver Good Work across a broad and fast-moving portfolio. This is a role which helps influence, partnering closely with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive commercial performance, manage risk, and support smart decision-making across the business.\nYou’ll be a trusted advisor bring clear thinking, commercial discipline, and a forward-looking mindset. It’s a role for someone who can balance high standards with a down-to-earth approach, build strong relationships, and help teams move with confidence when it counts.\nLead the review process from a commercial perspective for client contract documents, to identify risks and opportunities for assigned tenders to completion, across our Victorian and Tasmanian Infrastructure Services business.\nPartner with operational, finance and legal teams to support commercial decision-making with assigned tenders.\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate commercial risk, including contract, cost, and compliance matters.\nSupport negotiations of tenders, claims, variations, and contract administration to protect business outcomes and customer relationships.\nCoach and influence teams to build commercial capability, accountability and performance across the business\nBe curious in utilising AI tools and digital technology to strengthen contract and tender reviews, find risks and opportunities, whilst still owning the commercial risk reviews in contracts.\nManage subcontractor and supplier commercial arrangements to support successful project delivery.\nProvide guidance on contract administration, claims and commercial governance.\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\nA mature level of commercial management experience (5 to 10 years) in infrastructure, civil construction, utilities, or a related services environment (an advantage).\nStrong knowledge of contract management, risk, cost control, and commercial governance.\nA confident, collaborative style with the ability to build trust and work side by side with leaders and project teams.\nStrong judgement, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm, pragmatic, and switched on in a fast-paced environment.\nA tertiary qualification in commerce, law, engineering, quantity surveying (or related experience).\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
