This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established company in the civil construction industry.\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\nWe're looking for candidates who have spray seal/asphalt/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry.\nTo be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience;\nHold a current Full Car licence.\n\nHave relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card (White Card).\n\nAre available to work overtime, weekends, or to live and travel away from home as required.\n\nA positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.\n\nPossess a strong commitment to safety.\n\nBe willing to be flexible and adaptable for a multitude of tasks.\n\nBe a strong team player, reliable and hard-working.\n\nSomeone who enjoys an outdoor working environment.\n\nWhile not essential, it is advantageous if you;\nHave previous experience in the civil or road construction industry.\n\nHold a current MR, HR, HC licence.\n\nHave licence(s) on mobile plant, e.g. roller or front-end loader.\n\nSpotters, First Aid; Traffic Control.\n\nThe pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.\nWant to be rewarded for the good work you do?
