Leading our team of skilled electricians to promote and ensure top standards of safety and workmanship and help drive project success.\nYou will play a key leadership role, overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding work while directly supervising a crew of qualified electricians and apprentices. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and other trades to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality and ensure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000 (Australian Wiring Rules), Queensland Electrical Safety Regulations, and company procedures.\nHow will you connect to the role?\nCurrent Queensland Electrical Work Licence.\nQTP - Qualified Technical Person Training.\nIntermediate to advanced post-trade experience as a qualified electrician, with proven experience supervising electrical teams.\nStrong knowledge of Australian Standards, Queensland Electrical Safety Act & Regulations.\nWhite Card and current driver’s licence (manual).\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\nCertificate IV in Electrical Hazardous Areas / and or other relevant post-trade quals highly regarded.\nIf you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality electrical work and enjoys mentoring the next generation of sparkies - we want to hear from you!\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
