Our 10,000+ team works in a range of environments, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia and New Zealand.\nWhat’s on offer?\nFulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Hazelmere is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis.\nYou will be responsible for:\nOperate asphalt plant and/or loader to produce asphalt to specifications.\n\nPlan activities for production of asphalt.\n\nCommunicate directly with customers to schedule orders and load vehicles.\n\nWork closely with quality control team to ensure asphalt meets customer specifications.\n\nEncourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to.\n\nProvide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox, and safety meetings.\n\nComply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules.\n\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\nPrevious experience in a production environment would be an advantage but not essential.\n\nCommitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices.\n\nAvailability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required.\n\nHave some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance.\n\nA current WA Driver's License.\n\nThe pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.\nWant to be rewarded for the good work you do?
