This role is based in Belmont, WA. We're looking for someone who works collaboratively with field staff (and clients) and supports them to get the job done as safely as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience.\nIn this role you'll be responsible for:\nAssist with implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and strategies\nProvide health and safety specialist advice, technical and management support\nAssist in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries\nSupport managers and supervision in activities towards a positive health and safety culture\nCoordinate and manage audit programs\nEstablishing and implementation of procedures for safety/risk management and emergencies\nHow you'll connect to the role:\nRelevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety\nRelevant experience in the construction industry\nPreferably ICAM lead investigator\nAbility to function unsupervised, working to tight deadlines\nProficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel\nProven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation\nCurrent First Aid certificate\nAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
