Our 10,000+ team works in every kind of weather and environment, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.\nWhat’s on offer?\nWe are seeking an experienced full-time Operator / Labourer to join our growing Road Stabilisation team, primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW.\nThis is a hands-on opportunity for someone with civil construction experience who enjoys operating plant, working outdoors and being part of a crew that gets the job done.\nYou’ll work across a variety of road and infrastructure projects, operating equipment including rollers, skid steers and excavators, while also getting involved in general civil and labouring duties when needed.\nWorking away from home is an important part of this role. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling to projects and working overtime, weekends and night shifts when required.\nIf you’re looking for greater variety, the opportunity to build your skills and a long-term career in road construction, we’d like to hear from you.\nHow you’ll connect to the role\nTo be successful, you’ll bring:\nExperience operating rollers, skid steers and/or excavators, with relevant tickets highly regarded\nDemonstrated experience in civil construction, roadworks or a similar environment\nA current Construction Induction Card (White Card), with an MR or HR licence desirable\nThe flexibility and willingness to travel and work away from home when required\nAvailability to work overtime, weekends and night shifts depending on project requirements\nA strong commitment to safety, with a reliable and hardworking approach\nA positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to assist with general civil and labouring duties\nThe pre-employment process will include a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.\nWant to be rewarded for the good work you do?
