The appointee will be self-motivated, have a keen interest in Fixed Plant Production and will work closely with the Asphalt Production team to promote and build our business.\nPrevious experience in a production environment with Asphalt is highly desired but not crucial. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:\nKnowledge of industry related standards and specifications\nAbility to work within tight deadlines in a safe and high-quality manner\nCarrying out Plant inspection check lists\nMaintaining a neat and tidy site and work area\nInitiating and communicating ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs\nHave experience in fixed Plant operations and maintenance\nExperienced in Operating a Forklift - High Risk License\nActively participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions and safety meetings \nThe pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and we highly value both gender and cultural diversity in our company.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
