We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.\nIn this role you'll be responsible for:\nAssist with implementation of business systems, processes and analysis reporting to optimise business performance\nMaintain and update key financial information across relevant business systems\nPreparation of monthly reporting financial packs, which includes month end processing, reconciliation and P&L variance analysis\nDeliver clear financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions, including urgent requests from senior management and project teams\nCalculate, review and post work in progress adjustments in accordance with accounting standards\nSupport accurate recognition of revenue and costs for ongoing projects\nWork with project teams to validate billing milestones and support timely invoicing.\nResolve billing discrepancies and support credit control activities\nEnsuring compliance with internal process and statutory requirements.\nTo be successful in this role you will have:\nRelevant Tertiary Qualifications in an Accounting or Finance discipline, including CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification (or currently working towards it)\nWell-developed knowledge of finance activities within the construction, infrastructure or engineering industry sectors\nStrong interpersonal skills and attitude to want to develop and make a positive impact\nAbility to build strong partnerships across the business and engage with a range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes\nStrong Excel skills, and attention to detail\nAdopting and drivingFulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
