You will provide dedicated support to our Commercial Manager and play a key part in keeping project documentation, commercial processes and stakeholder coordination running smoothly across our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy team while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.\nWhat you’ll do?\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to project managers, commercial staff and site teams, and coordinate processes with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.\nPrepare, maintain, distribute and control project documentation, correspondence, reports, records, registers and filing systems.\nAssist with subcontractor onboarding, agreements and associated documentation.\nMonitor outstanding actions, proactively follow up stakeholders, and identify/escalate overdue actions, missing information and administrative issues.\nSupport project reporting, data entry, tracking of information, presentations, meeting materials and status updates, while maintaining accurate, up-to-date data across project systems.\nSupport continuous improvement of project administration processes and systems.\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\nPrevious experience as a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar role, with experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or a project-based environment preferred\nStrong organisation, time-management and ability to manage competing priorities while meeting project deadlines.\nA proactive approach with the ability to follow up actions and drive tasks to completion.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy, combined with strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confidence learning project systems, new technology and approved AI tools.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a wider project team.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
