This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further within a vibrant delivery team that is proud to partner with our client to deliver world class utilities services for the customers and communities within which we live and operate.\nIn this role you'll be responsible for:\nLeading the end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and pipeline networks\nManaging projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover to achieve client and program outcomes utilising your experience in Design and Build contracting models\nDriving project performance across safety, quality, cost, risk and schedule to ensure successful delivery\nBuilding and leading high-performing project teams through coaching, mentoring and capability development\nManaging enduring relationships with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle\nImplementing strong commercial and project controls, including forecasting, reporting, contracts management.\nHow you'll connect to the role:\nTertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline\n8-10 years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects in a Project Manager capacity preferably in a Design Build environment\nProven experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, and pipeline construction\nStrong understanding of design management, construction delivery, procurement and commercial management\nDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments\nAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
