You'll find us partnering with local and national community groups, like Clontarf Foundation, Black Dog Institute, and Soldier On, in addition to indigenous groups and social enterprises, to ensure that our good work positively impacts and brings about sustainable change within our industry.\nWhat's on Offer\nAs the FH Airports team continues to expand, we are now looking to hire an additional Senior Project Engineer based on site at Tullamarine, to oversee the delivery of various programs of work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide vital support to the Project Manager in all project-related duties.\nManage and promote a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and striving for the highest safety standards.\nContribute to project programming, updates, and reporting, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.\nImplement and manage the company's management systems to deliver exceptional project outcomes, focusing on defect-free completion.\nSupport the Project Manager in determining labour requirements and ensuring all staff are inducted and trained appropriately.\nManage subcontractors to achieve project goals related to program, cost, quality and HSE.\nEnsure projects adhere to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.\nConduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.\nCoordinate with designers, engineers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and conflicts.\nAbout You:\nYou will be a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer with a strong understanding of construction processes and a passion for delivering excellence.
