You’ll play a key role in our partnership with our client, helping deliver world-class utility services that make a positive difference to the customers and communities in which we live and operate.\nIn this role you'll be responsible for:\nProviding senior leadership across the end-to-end delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and major pipeline networks\nLeading projects from design and constructability through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery strategies align with client and broader program objectives\nTaking overall accountability for project performance, driving outcomes across safety, environment, quality, commercial performance, risk, programme and delivery\nProviding strategic direction and leadership to Project Leads and multidisciplinary delivery teams, establishing clear accountabilities, developing capability and fostering a high-performance culture\nLeading commercial, contractual and risk performance, including forecasting, cost management, procurement strategy, project controls, change management and the resolution of complex delivery issues\nBuilding trusted relationships with clients and delivery partners while contributing to program wide performance, governance and continuous improvement.\nHow you'll connect to the role:\nTertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline\nSignificant senior project leadership experience delivering major or complex infrastructure projects, ideally within the water and wastewater sector\nProven experience delivering large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, pipelines and associated civil infrastructure\nDemonstrated leadership across the full project lifecycle, from design development and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover\nStrong commercial and delivery capability across design management, project controls, forecasting, contracts, procurement, risk and change management, coupled with the ability to lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams\nAdopting and drivingFulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
