This role will play a key leadership role within our Victorian Utilities business, delivering complex projects across treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, water retaining structures and civil infrastructure.\nThis role is ideally suited to a project leader who combines strong commercial and delivery expertise with a deep understanding of treatment plant design, construction, commissioning, process integration and process proving for both brownfield and greenfield sites while managing key stakeholders. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from pre-contract planning and design development through to commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects that support essential community services while further developing your career within a growing and long-term program of work.\nIn this role you'll be responsible for:\nManaging project delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment plant projects from pre-contracts through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, process proving and client handover\nApplying strong knowledge of treatment processes, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control systems and process integration requirements\nCoordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver complex process and civil infrastructure works\nManaging project risks, contractual obligations, safety, environmental compliance, quality, and commissioning activities in accordance with company and client requirements\nDriving commercial performance through effective forecasting, cost control, contract administration, change management and claims management\nLeading engagement with clients, operators, process engineers and operational stakeholders to ensure facilities meet design intent and operational requirements\nPreparing business cases, delivery strategies, project schedules, key performance reporting and executive-level updates.\nHow you'll connect to the role:\nDemonstrated experience delivering water or wastewater treatment plants exceeding $20M+ as a Senior Project Manager\nStrong understanding of treatment plant process systems, commissioning, operational readiness and stakeholder requirements\nStrong leadership, commercial management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement skills\nAbility to lead high-performing teams and build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors\nTertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline\nAdopting and drivingFulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
